This policy explains what personal data is collected through rdstudiosindia.com, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What is collected

Contact form. When the enquiry form is submitted, the name, email address and message provided are sent to us by email. Nothing from the form is stored on this website or in its database.

Analytics. Google Analytics is used to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. This is collected through cookies and is not used to identify anyone personally.

Why it is collected

Contact details are used solely to respond to the enquiry made and, where a project follows, to correspond about that work. Analytics data is used to improve the website. No personal data is used for advertising, and none is sold.

Who it is shared with

Enquiries are received and stored in Google Workspace, which hosts our email. Analytics data is processed by Google. Website hosting is provided by Hostinger. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India. Personal data is not shared with anyone else, other than where disclosure is required by law.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the correspondence remains relevant to our work, and are deleted when it is not. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention period.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what data of yours we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to admin@rdstudiosindia.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
